Exam and proctoring information needs to be emailed to us at testing@tamu.edu before we can schedule you. We will not be able to schedule you until this information is received from the professor/instructor or institution. WE WILL NOT REACH OUT TO THE INSTITUTION OR PROFESSOR FOR THIS INFORMATION.
Scheduling:
We do not schedule same-day for testing. Scheduling needs to be at least 24 business hours in advance.

Information needed from the institution/professor:
- Student's name that is expected to take the test
- Time limit
- Materials allowed
- Expiration date
- If online; we will need the website and whether a lockdown browser is required
- If paper-based; we will need to be sent the exam so we can print it out. Additionally, we will need the email of who the completed test will need to be scanned/sent to.
**Please note that this information needs to come directly from the institution or professor NOT THE STUDENT. We will not contact the institution or professor for this information.

Proctoring Services Information
We test Monday - Friday at:
- 9:00 am
- 11:00 am
- 2:00 pm - given the exam is no longer than 1.5 hours.
Please have a preferred date and time when registering. You will need to schedule at least 24 business hours in advance.
All fees are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable
Foreign Language Credit through FLATS at BYU:
A physical copy of scores will need to be mailed to the address listed under "Visit Us" below.Texas A&M University can accept credit for a foreign language if taken through FLATS at BYU and taken at our center.
We will not accept credit if exam is taken through Proctor360.
After purchasing the test, it can be sent to our location and you will need to schedule a day and time with us and pay the proctoring fee.
If the student receives a passing grade - only 11 total credit hours will be rewarded as Texas A&M only gives 3 credit hours for 201 language courses.
What to Bring:
You will need to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled test session with an unexpired government issued ID that contains a photo. One of the following is acceptable:

If a minor is testing, a Parental Release Form will need to be signed and a parent or legal guardian is required to accompany the student.
Whoever accompanies the student will also have to present a valid ID from the list above.
Any personal materials that the professor allows is your responsibility to provide. Scratch paper and pencils will be provided for the exam.Without an acceptable ID you will not be permitted to test.
What to Expect:
No outside jackets are allowed but you can take a thin or light jacket into the testing room. No hats or scarves allowed.
After Your Exam:
Distance education exams are graded by the professor and exam results are not available in our office. Students should contact their professor for grades.
