The Day Of Your Exam:
What To Expect:
When you arrive, you will be directed to lock up ALL of your belongings in a locker provided.
What To Bring:
You will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled test session with at least one government issued ID that is unexpired with a photo and a signature (driver’s license, passport, Texas Department of Public Safety identification card, etc.). A student ID is NOT an acceptable primary ID.
The number of ID's needed is based upon your specific exam. Please read over the specifications for your exam before entering our Testing Center.
Without an acceptable ID you cannot test.
Nothing is allowed in pockets and no jewelry is allowed into the testing room except an engagement ring/wedding band so you will be directed to lock up all other jewelry (including but not limited to; necklaces, bracelets, anklets, class rings, toe rings, earrings, etc.).
After you check-in:
You will go through a security check and will be wanded with a metal detector.
You will be sat down and informed of the specific rules for your exam including your exam breaks, materials, and how much time you have.
You will be guided into the testing room and your proctors will show you to your assigned seat.
You are not allowed to take anything but your ID, your locker key, wireless earplugs, and a light jacket into the room with you.

- Outside jackets (raincoats, trenchcoats, quilted jackets, thick/puffy/hard shell jackets, etc.)

If you do not see availability at our location:
It means that we are full and cannot accept any more appointments. Do not call/email us for availability.
Are masks required?
No; while Prometric does require masks, we follow Texas A&M University's procedures which means that masks are optional.
HOWEVER; If you wear a mask during check-ins, then you have to leave it on and above your nose at all times. The same for checking in without a mask.

You will need to get your accommodations approved through Prometric prior to registering for your exam.
